We wish we could just go over the river and through the woods . . .
...to Grandma's house, but Erma the Ermine (our Frontier plane) wasn't too bad. But I tell you what, the phrase "sit back, relax and enjoy the flight" no longer applies to me. We spent the majority of the almost four hour flight trying to pull out the emergency safety card or trying explore the world from the confines of our aisle seat. Unfortunately, the lady next to us didn't really seam to enjoy it went Carter tried to explore her. But we made it safely to Grandma Mel's house and she took good care of us, well me. Carter wasn't sure he liked anyone, so he only occasionally let Grandma play with him. But by the end of the week, they were buddies again.
Since we were already in the west, we continued our journey over to Utah and Idaho to see Grandma Lucy and everyone else in our path. Carter met Angela and Ben, Great Uncle Lee and his family, Great Aunt Leslie and all of her family and Great Grandma Doris. We also stopped in to see Aunt Maddie and Aunt Lisa.

He is so stinkin cute! When is your trip to NC? We wish you guys had come this weekend. Our pool is open (although I'm guessing not warm yet) so come soon!
Thanks for coming. I had such a fun time and can't wait until the next visit!
Is Lisa old enough to be in college?! Was it Mothers' Week? Sounds like a fun trip.
That is the cutest bathing suit!
